Power Enrichment table - 1.15

I'm more of a fan of a moving fuel curve. I believe a leaner fuel curve down low isn't as good for peak torque. I set mine to be slightly rich down low (12.0:1), rising to 12.2:1 for peak torque, rising further to 12.8:1~13.0:1 for peak hp and then richening back to 12.6:1 for redline. Combine this with a slight increase in spark over stock (~2 degrees) and you can gain up to 2 tenths and 2 mph in the quarter.

out of curiousity which thread is that from? (I don't recall saying that, unless it was a real long time ago?)
Definetly need a wideband to properly dial it in (setting to 1.15 will only yield ~ 12.7 AFR if your VE table is dialed in correctly)
Also I've found (as others have stated) that a flat PE isn't always ideal... often you can make more power under the curve by changing the AFR between richer and leaner at peak torque and hp ... 12.7:1 or so seems ideal for a max HP point.
