Most people prefer either zero or a negative 1 or 2 LTFT when at WOT.
Positive trims get applied to the WOT fueling, but negative trims do not.
If you have negative or zero, then you run more consistently at WOT.

if your L trims are negative they will zero at WOT in all of my experience. If you are experiencing + Ltrims at WOT, somewhere up to WOT has a + Ltrim. This will lead to inconsistent WOT fueling.

Ltrims are actually zero at WOT regardless, in a sense. The pcm is in open loop and no fuel learning is done. The only thing that it will do is use the last cell's ltrim value to add to the mix if it is adding fuel to ensure there is not a lean state.

ive had positive .8 to 1.6 L trims at WOT . Ive heard peopel saying that is how that + Ltrim comes into play, but i've had times where i went WOT and had ZERO + Ltrims before going WOT and still have + L trims

Are you sure you were in open loop? The computer doesn't have the ability to learn a fuel trim in open loop because of the o2 sensors so it can't be an LTRIM in a learning sense. It's just not possible. However it is possible to be at 100%TPS and not be in PE, ask the truck guys.
