Help...Jimmy wont start

Help...Jimmy wont start Friends 97 Jimmy cranks but wont start. Hooked up Ease diagnostics to it and it refuses to connect, therefore I cant read any codes. All fuses are good in the side dash panel. Is the PCM toast or what. Have I overlooked something. Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Help...Jimmy wont start Did you check the fuses to make sure the diagnostic connector is powered up? Even if pcm was toast alot of em' will still run in limp in/back -up fuel mode. It's got spark & all that?Smell fuel ,sounds as though you got inj. pulse.Have you tried cranking full throttle/clear flood? If you get the ease diag. to work & everything seems ok fuel pumps are common problems on these .You'll smeel fuel but it isn't enough to pop it, they need 53 lbs. min to operate injector/ poppet nozzles properly.
