Default Simple usability question

I was programming an injector table for a friend of mine the other day and ran into an issue. He had gotten the injector table from here and sent it to me via email (text, not a bin file). I tried to copy the values as a whole and paste them into the table but it didn't like that. I ended up copying and pasting each value into the corresponding cell and hitting enter. Is there a way to do this? As in for any table that I have some values I've received in a word document or calculated in a spreadsheet, is there a way to copy and paste the whole thing rather than individual cells?

Thanks!

i know with hpt you can save individual tables as a txt file & just load the txt file as a whole right into the new file.

Oops, yeah, I'm using HPTuners. I guess it would be beneficial to mention that.

Can you provide a little more detail on the process?

Thanks!

Text files don't separate the numbers from spaces, for
cut-and-paste; best to first import text file to Excel,
which will turn the stew into separated chunks. Then
it works cleanly.

you could try to copy the text (highlight, ctl + c)
and paste it (ctl +v) in to an excel spreadsheet, sometimes it works, sometimes not...
then if you have the correct amount of rows and columns you can copy and paste that table into HP Tuners - I've done it before
