Is POWER ENRICHMENT used in open loop? I'm sure it is... But i want to make sure before i disable it and put the pedal to the metal.

Yes it is...it (the PCM) picks the richer of the values from the Open Loop F/A table and the PE table.

So just make sure one place or the other is rich enough should you floor it while tuning.

PE for coolant temp is to add 15% fuel and PE for RPM is to add 0% to 8%. These would make sense for a AFR start-off point of 14.7. But if the open loop at 100 MAP is 12.9, it would be too rich. But I guess you make sense

You are technically in open loop mode, since the o2 data is thrown out.

The computer takes its fueling values from whichever is richer: The OLFA table (x-referenced by ECT & MAP) or PE (x-referenced by RPM). I have my OLFA table set to all 1.00's from 178* on up, that way WOT always gets it fueling from PE.

Same here, only I set 95-105 KPa on the OLFA table to 1.1 just in case PE is being too slow
