tuning F-body traction control
tuning F-body traction control I am trying to completely turn off traction control and make it useless in a 99Z28. Will this completely get rid of traction control? Or is there a better way to do it?So far I have set

minytrkr - I'd vote for applying the proposed calibration and going for a test drive. Curiosity is getting the best of me, why not just turn the TC switch off?

You can just turn off the switch but for that .00001 % of the time you forgot and get on it and it kicks your foot off the gas, then its worth not having. Also the guy changed to a 12 bolt and doesnt have everything to make it work right, so he would rather it just be off.
In that case, why not just remove the TCS "brain"
under the dash, and the pulley cluster in the engine
bay, and replace the cruise cable? No software, no
problem, 2 pounds of weight reduction.

The only thing I've been able to do with traction control in HPTuners is to keep it from taking out timing...it still pulses the gas pedal, but traction control isn't nearly as harsh as it was.
