Anyone have the voltage formula for 3 bar GM map?

Far as I know its liner as follows.

Here is a fly-sheet from Delphi for one of their turbo
3-bar units. From what I've seen there is some variation
in the details, endpoint voltages may be variously 0.25
or 0.5 at the low end and 4.5 or 4.85 at the high end.

Odds are if you have the part number you can Google
up the proper document (this is where I got the .pdf
from, .pdf is too chubby to attach so I converted it to
a compressed image).

I found this linear table for 2 and 3 bar but if you look closely the value for voltage 1.10 is missing.
