Most often means, too cold to work right at idle after
you put headers.

Or tune open loop and toss the o2's for ever.

After a dozen and a half oxygen sensors lost to this error, I finally went openloop. I do however run a wideband to keep an eye on things.

i switched to the exact corvette rear oxygen sensors, still got the problem. happens about 40minutes after running around.

I have stainless steel headers, so holding heat is problem. I'm about to throw the stock ones back on and see about them

Corvette O2's in a F-Body are known to cause switching problems, seen it myself.

All the 'vette sensors have going for them is a somewhat
higher heater wattage. Other than that, it's the same.
So if a few more watts isn't enough to get you lit up,
too bad, get code. Kill code. I got this on mine with the
Denso 'vette rears but it hasn't affected anything about
idle or other fuel trimming so far. It's just the first warning
that stuff is marginal as far as closed loop feedback.

so either trash the o2's or try to header wrap or somehow hold heat in the exhaust more(a lot more, lol)

any info on this?

My car had the headers on it and the stock o2's for at least 5k miles, no problems.

now the car with the stock o2's only did the insufficient switching very seldom

the corvette rear o2s seem to do it VERY OFTEN, so why would they have better heaters in them?
