ABS is not an emissions related code. I don't think you'll have a problem - then again, i'm in TX and not familliar with your inspection process.

abs is in the bcm not pcm. and should not effect inspection.

ABS/TCS, BCM, PCM, IPC,TAC & VATS are all seperate modules.
Only the PCM supports OBD-II diagnostics. It is the only one required to communicate emissions info. They do all communicate w/ each other, but no OBD-II code will be generated. So you should be fine in that aspect.

unless it has to do with the torque requested and torque delivered circuits(for traction control), or the abs module isnt communicating with the pcm. you will have no codes in the pcm that are abs related

Mass. will do a visual check, followed by an OBD2 scan. This scan pertains only to emissions related faults. So that ABS light will be of no concern to them. It won't even be picked up by the computer.

They all talk to each other on a LAN system guys.
It is all GM dianostics though to access it. I.E TECH-II
The OBD system is a generic standardized emission fuction the PCM solely supports on our vehicles.
