I am running a mechanical throttle body on an LS6 engine. Can I reprogramme the PCM using HP Tuners or similar from the electronic throttle body to the mechanical body?

If not, does anyone know how I do this?

You need to do a complete re-write of the PCM with a tune from a F-body.

Hey guys, nice to see a good collection of UK bods about.
You can certainly reflash the PCM with an LS6 map. Best idea is to go further and tune it up to your specific requirements.

I'm not familiar with many of the differences between OS's (head buried in the one I've got at the moment), however if you need to dump an F Body OS on the PCM you've got then you'll need the commercial/workshop version of EFI Live (can't comment on HPT as I don't know it).
