cannot get equiv ratio to 1.00

i cannot for the life of me figure out why my equivalence ratio is 1.07-1.09. i've disabled PE, set OLFA to 1.0, checked the PE vs IAT/ECT, and cant get it. any ideas?

can you post your file as well as a scan showing the eq ratio not being at 1.0
