Most people won't help with this. Thats why it's easier to delete/turn the
PCM codes off.

As for your way of setting up for misfire detection. Usually on a heads and cam car, i start out with an ls6 table set for the perameters, Then, i add 10% that usually gets it really close, Then ill drive the car in lots of low rpm situations and see if it hits any, if it does, then all you do is add 10 more percent, Only in the low rpm tables are they needed to be modified. Then, i have a plug wire that is bad that i have saved, i use that as a tester plug wire to see if the computer will still catch the misfire. then im done.
Ive had HPTuners on it, and a SnapOn scan tool and they both show missfires in all cylinders. Not sure where to go from here. Plugs are newly put in, and dont look in bad shape.
