but if you recently installed injectors and you are getting codes change the Injector Pulse width voltage adjustment by about -10% to -15%(depending) (table b3701 in EFI LIVE) and in HPTuners its the injector offset, vs volts versus manifold pressure (Kpa)

This table helps when you can't get your fuel trims in line at idle or high vacuum situations, and you've already got your IFR table right.
