Yeah, I have done some reading via a search and found that to be the general consensus. Sooooo, this is a value that can only be determined by reverse engineering from the VE table assuming that the original VE table is dead-on. Unfortunately, mine was not dead on. The next best thing would be to copy it from someone that has figured it out already. I have tried everything in my power to get rid of the low rpm bucking/surging and I think that what's left of the problem could be my stock inj offset table.
