Ed Wright is right. The injector offset is VERY important when you change the injectors. I just did a set of 60/hr Siemens injectors today. Having the voltage offset table set correctly is important. Tuning the VE table or MAF is just a bandaid if this table is screwed up.

the motrons are rated at 43.5psi correct?
and i set the IFR table to:
rated : 43.5
actual rail pressure: 58
injector size : 60
and i get like 8.8 i think it is or 8.08....can't remember right now

I want to make sure we're all on the same page here, Geoff and Ed keep talking about Injector Offset. Are you guys meaning the offset table as in the one that adds to the injector pulse to compensate for the delay before the injector physically operates, or are you referring to the main Injector Flow Rate table which is "typically" changed to compensate for bigger injectors?

I am referring to the voltage offset table. This is the table that adds pulsewidth based on the battery voltage.

In short, the injector offset is the amount of time it takes the injector to react. There are several variables that affect this, including type of injector, voltage applied and differential pressure, among others.
