newbie here but i was just curious about the F.A.S.T. wideband sensor. i saw that they have the dual sensor system (lot of $$$) and i was wondering if there was any benefit to this system over the other widebands, one thing i noticed about it is that i doesn't quite supply 5v, they claimed it supplies 4.096 or something. will this one work with hp tuners?

Yes! Just verify with them what the voltage reading is at 20 AFR and 10 AFR to properly configure the AFR output (if not listed) in HPTuners.
