Yeah but my multiplied value from 4600 to 6400 is .98 which should be waaay to lean. Since it was reverting back to 1.25 with COT on it was not adjusting and I kept dropping it down little by little to see if I could get it to move on the dyno.

Its hard to say, you really need a wideband or to get it back on the dyno to see where the AFR stands now. On a H/C car Ive always seen 1.250 across the board be dead on the money. but of course you want it a little rich for the bottle. I personaly think 12.2:1-12.5:1 will be good on the bottle. Get the car on the dyno, play with the timing an AFR. Then after you get the most out of it, save the file. Then open that file, pull some timing, then richen it up for the spray. After you finish that save it as a deifferent file, somthing like your N20 file. That way all you have to do is do rewrite the changes when you want to spray.

You mean your PE vs RPM?

Hmmm. 1.25 was where I started out on the dyno and my A/F was anywhere from 10.3 to 10.5. Once I moved it down to 1.15 my A/F was 12.2 on the money up untill 4600 rpm where it plummeted off the chart under 10.

Yeah my PE vs. RPM

No biggie all cars are not going to react the same. Plus im sure condtions play a factor also.

I'd disable the COT,
then set PE to where you want it like the 1.15 you stated,
then get the VE corrected until you see what you're shooting for on your wideband.

Z'mnypit: that's a good point I'm sure the climate from here in Utah to Alabama is significantely different.

white2001s10: that's exactly what I'll do

Thanks again to everyone for all the input. I never would've figured it out alone!

Here's a scan of my dyno sheet that you can actually read.

You're not losing much power when the COT starts because you're already in the 11's AFR before that.
I'd try to bring it all back to between 12.8 and 13.2 AFR,
then adjust the spark for max power at that point.

I was reading 12.2 before the drop. It looks like I just made peak power at 4600 rpm and not peaking any higher. It finally stopped raining today so I'm going to try and mess with it tonight.

That intake should peak around 6100. Your VE Table values are too high in the WOT portion. Are you in Open loop SD? If the PE table is commanding leaner than the OLFA table than the PCM will use the richer value.

Well I disabled COT and reset my values to 1.13 where they were on the dyno with 12.5 A/F. It felt a little better but I could still smell it running rich. I double checked under the hood and noticed my damn IAT sensor had one of the wire pulled out! Kind of important when running in SD right. The only thing I have are IAT and MAP sensor. Could this be the reason for the low dyno?

I know that when the IAT values are really high, the car goes lean so maybe if it reads zero, it will go way rich.
