need tune up for sure but what's wrong exactly?
ok, i know my car needs a tune up, i just changed the oil and it really did help cuz my old oil was so bad! but my engine light came on so i checked it with obd II and it said misfire cylinder 3. but it could not be the spark plugs, it could be the coil packs too, right? i just payed 60 dollars for my e3 plugs and they're on the way, but is their anyway u can know which it is that's causing the problem?

Plug, wire, coil, injector. Start with checking that the
wire is snapped down tight at both ends, #3 plug is an
easy R&R for inspection. If neither of these are it (you
may have to wait a while for misfire code to pop and to
clear) then swap pieces with #1, one thing at a time
with enough drive time to clear / refresh any misfire code.
