Will not start
Problem starting - no spark I have spent a few hours now reading other related posts and have not seen my specific symtoms listed so I thought I would post my problem and see if anyone has any suggestions...
I am installing an 04 GTO LS1 in my 68 vette, I am using the 04 GTO wiring harness without the BCM. I have EFILive and used it to remove VATS. I have the engine cranking and I can smell fuel but I have no spark. I have verified that the cam sensor and crank sensor are plugged in and EFI Scanner reads values for both sensors. The strange symptom I have is that the car will only crank for a few seconds and then stops. I have to turn the key off and then back to crank for it to work??
