Any correlation between logged data and RWHP

It seems as if the grams/cyl has a correlation to RWTQ while dynamic cylinder airflow is related to RWHP. Any validity to this?

Here is some info I have, don't know if it works and it needs to be converted to g/cyl.

"It takes about 1.3 cfm (@ sea level) to make 1 HP. Takes .75 g/sec tomake one (SAE) HP."

I assume this is FWHP.

i found a formula where you get about 9.5-10.5 hp per lb/min of airflow
