Default when did the bin depository become just for hp tuner customers?

i was needing to look for some tunes and saw that it was for hptuner customers only. when did it become like this???? anyway i can see it??

It was when they implemented their new website...unless you are a customer, you have no way of seeing it. You'll just have to find a buddy with HPT that'll let you use his account...

and their editor I believe all the files are now in HPT's format rather then raw bin files.

Ive got HPtuners what is the serial number or whatever? Ive got the interface but when i try to get in there it asks for those 2 things, my email and the serial number. Where exactly is my serial number located at?
