Help with timing tuner and EFiLive My timing tuner is set up correctly and the LED's show everything to be working right, but when I log with efilive it will not show any timing being pulled from the advance, am I missing somthing?
I'm assuming your running a timing retarder box (external from the PCM) for the N02, right? The pcm can only log what it is sending out the the coils. If your "box" is pulling timing after the pcm "tells" it to fire, then it has no idea that you pulled timing.
Are you using EFILive to scan only, or do you have the full tuning program? If you have the full deal, then I would tell you to look into COS5. It has controls to pull timing and add fuel for N02, if I'm not mistaking.

Like said above you will not see any tming being pulled with the scanner. It is being pulled after the pcm so it won't register on the scanner. I noticed this the first time I used one and wondered the same thing. There isn't a Pid you can monitor that will help.

I would take KBRacing's advice and use the Custom os5 for the application. It will automatically pull timing for you when you flip the switch.
The other way is a bad idea. When the pcm sets up for the knock learning, That thing throws everything off.
