Did he set you up with an open loop tune?
If not, is he noticing any problems with the NBO2 sensors?
How is he adding in more fuel (which tables)?
Does he think your injectors are maxed out?
Also, was your AFR recorded at the tailpipe? If so, I'd highly recommend getting a WBO2 for your car and have it installed before one of the cats. I've found (at least in my climate/altitude) that these cars don't make a whole lot more power when the AFR is higher than 12.5~12.8. Running it leaner than that is just adding unnecessary stress on the motor...

I have 42lb injectors .. he said they were @ 50%

It's the F13 on a 112LSA.
Im 240 testing ?? yikes is right. you are going to flunk that test. From what i know of that camshaft sounds like your tune is very questionable.
