website to up and download tunes

a friend of mine told me that there is a website that people can view, upload, and download tunes. I searched for this site and I can't find anything. Does anyone know about this site?

It used to be a public site but now you have to be a HP Tuners customer to access it.

I just bought hptunerz. is there a link from their website or do I call them to get it?

Go to their website and log in to access it. You need the number on the cable to log in.

on the right is customer logon... once you logon then HP Tuner's repository appears
