diablo tuner question...
diablo tuner question... yes i searched...
my pcm has been tuned recently by a local tuner. using a diablo tuner can i go in and just edit parameters? like if i want to adjust my idle speed, or adjust the iac. it says in the manual to only do that over a stock tune. can you do that over a performance tune or will have to reflash it back to stock?

If you download & install the software from their site
that is for the custom-tunes interface it will make the
Predator modify what it finds, rather than what came
from DiabloSport. But you still only have the access
to some limited set of params. Do not know what-all
the newer version lets you touch but the original had
nothing for the params / tables you mention.

There is no software that will allow you to do this. The Predator does have the ability to modify the tune on the PCM through the adjustable parameters in the tool, without applying the performance tune, but you still need to start with a GM file on the PCM. You could wind up with some issues if you try to use the Predator to modify a non-stock tune.
I would suggest getting your hands on the same software that was used to tune the car and go from there.

I asked some more questions, and got a good answer. The Predator CAN do what you're asking, but it's not as simple as using the factory HP tune. If you would give me a call at the office, I'd be glad to walk you through the process of how to accomplish this (I hate to type).
