Default P0157 Sensor 2 Bank 2

Car is bone stock, and the O2 sensor was replaced because of this code. It did it again 20 miles later. Help.

Could be things like bad tank of gas, fuel pressure (check the fuel filter), vacuum leaks etc. Although with something global like that, you would likely experience a problem with both rear O2 sensors, but it is worth checking.

I would double check that the wiring for the passenger side does not have any tears, snags, or melted spots. Trying moving the new O2 to the driver's side just to ensure it is operating correctly. Examine for exhaust leaks on the passenger side as well. You could also try moving the injectors from one side to the other to see if the error moves. You may have a bad/clogged injector.
