Ok i saw this add on ebay and wanted to know of this is a waste of money or what. Its called the Steet fury performance chip. Supposed up to 36hp gain on stock motors.

It's a resistor (I think) that plugs into the IAT making it think it's at an "optimal" temp outside.

 

and you think spending 7$ is going to get you 36hp??? right... asking him for a video and dyno graph...
