Jesse does a great job tuning these cars. I had him street tune my car this spring and I couldn't be happier. He also did a mail order tune for one of my friends that has a supercharged silverado that couldn't have come out better. Highly recommended!

Well, i got my pcm back from him. Its not 100% fair, because i added the march underdrive pulley as well as mail order pcm. Pulley usually good for 10hp, jesse says he usually gets atleast 20 whp on bolt on cars, but i defintly feel a difference. Car runs way smoother, speedo is correct now, no check engine lights, all good things. I think it was definatly worth the money and would suggest him to anyone..

THanks Jesse.

I've talked to him on a couple tuning things when I was getting started and he helped me a ton.

Very sharp guy, you really can't go wrong with him in my book.

Update.

Had a chance to put some miles on my car with the Wait4me mail order tune. There are some issues, the most problematic one being some pretty nasty bucking under 1700rpms. All things considered, I am not exactly dissatisfied with the tune. I went into this thinking that a mail order tune probably would not satisfy me long term, but could get me going. This is what I got, and I feel it has been a fair business transaction.

Once again, this is a H/C/I, headers, dual exhaust, bla, and bla car. Just the fact that I was able to get AIR, EGR, and rear O2’s tuned out and 42lb injectors tuned for probably justifies the $84 shipped price tag for this short term solution.

What long term solution I will pursue is unclear. Jesse will tweak the tunes for free if I pay shipping or load it myself. If I can find someone local with EFILive I might attempt to enlist their help with an offer of free beer and pizza. No credits needed to tune my 98.

Sounds like Jesse may be the man..

I am going to be doing a H/C swap soon and need at least a tune to get me the 2.5 hours to the dyno.. Sounds like for the price, customer satisfaction, I'll send my PCM to Jessee.. See how the car runs and then let the dyno guy have at it..

I took my H/C car down to him for a tune and it was the biggest pile of ****. He said he prior engagements and he would "finish" the tune when we could get a convenient time for both of us in the following weeks. When I called him to set something up, he told me he was to busy and that I would have to pay him for another tune.
-1 for crap tune and poor customer service

Thumbs down Wait4Me Tune

Had Jesse tune the PCM for my 6.0L out of a 2006 Chevy Express Van that I am putting into a '69 Chevy 2wd shortbed truck.

Turn around was very quick and he was very prompt on any questions I had until there was a problem.

Now he is very hard to get a response from.

I am getting a Check Engine Light and getting a couple of codes that aren't supposed to be included in the PCM.

The latest response was that "he checked with EFI Live and they say the codes aren't there (valid)......There is nothing we can do.....Sorry"

Well the codes are coming from somewhere and being read from the PCM.

Would I use Jesse again? At this point I think not.

Another thing he does is if you buy EFI live from him he will give you a free basic tune to get you started. Unfortunately, I didn't buy mine from him.

I got a mailorder tune from him. I just had him send me another PCM. The first time I had it in there I was driving down the interstate when my car died and I almost got creamed by a few cars. I had my car towed home and changed the PCM to the stock one and it ran fine. I sent him that one back and he sent me another one. It did the exact same thing. Ran for a day or so than would cut out and car wouldn't run at all. He refunded my money except the 40$ i spent shipping the PCM's back and forth. So basically I won't be doing any business with him again.
