Default ignition timing advance for #1 cylinder/efi-live?

what does this value represent, is it, the total timing value?, sorry for the dum? but people talk about total timing values, and when looking at the high oct table ,values are different there compared to low oct table and optimum timing table. i have been tuning for a while, but have not gotten agressive on the timing side, been busy tuning part throttle and controlling fuel and my new 42#ers. kr has been my only indicator so far. on my first 100 shot 1/4mi run i got a max of 12deg at 5000rpm rising to 14 at 6400rpm no kr at all, was running 10.5afr. efi live tuner, thanks for your input!!
