p0152
So I took my car through the wash and immediately after it was running like crap. I limped home scanned it and found p0152 with p0300. Ive had a p0300 problem before and pretty sure I fixed it and don't think this is related. Anyway p0152 is o2 sensor high voltage (bank 2 sensor 1). So here is my jackass question. What side is bank 2 and is sensor 1 pre-cat or post-cat? I'm sure the p0300 is a byproduct of the o2 sensor fail. I'm thinking water got into the sensor and shorted it out.

Thanks, I just took the connector off that o2 sensor and it is wet. Both sides of the connector are wet but the seal looks like it is in good shape. Any suggestions? I think I'm going to replace that sensor and dry off the other side of the harness with some compressed air.

I dried out the connector and replaced that sensor and the car seems to be running fine. I cleared the code so we'll see if it comes back. I drove for about 20 miles with no problem, thanks for the help.

I went to start my car up again after driving to the store and it sputtered like it was missfiring again. The check engine light didnt come on but I pulled over in the parking lot anyway and let it settle down. The rest of the ride home was fine but I noticed when starting the car the check engine light is on...as it should be...about half the time. The other half it is off and doesnt even light up when I turn the key over, the rest of the dummy lights work fine. What is going on with this thing??? Any ideas would help.
