Im torn between trying it and just ordering Big Stuff 3...

I have the AEM controller and 160# injectors... Thinking maybe BS3 is the safer more reliable alternative though.

Sorry to bring this up from the dead, but I think I'm gonna be trying this the week after next. Stock ecu with AEM driver and 160's. We were gonna try 120's, but with E85 we would need to put the most insane fuel pressure to it. I'm hoping that since E85 needs a bit more fuel as it is, that we can get it to idle around 1000-1100. I will post up to let everyone know how it goes.

Took me all of 5 minutes to get this thing to run well on 160's and idle at 950.

e85 is different though since it requires so much more fuel.

That was an old post, I would never use those again now that we have the Ford/Siemens/Continental 83's that flow over 90 at our rail pressure, are as easy to tune as the 60s, are less complicated (no intermediate driver), cheaper.... the list could go on

Is the AEM converter and Racetronix wiring harness old technology by todays standards? I'm curious because I'm working on a 6.0 liter 370ci forged turbo motor and think I might need to get into low impedence injectors to keep it streetable. I'm a newb to low impedence, just trying to learn what I will need to get close to 900-1000 at the crank.

you might be able to squeeze that out of the newer 80 lb high impedance injector's with decent fuel pressure. If you wanted alittle bit of overkill you can do the injector box of choice and 96 lb injectors.

EDIT: Just saw Frost's post above..
