MS4 installed now getting 0106 code!

MS4 installed now getting 0106 code! I installed an ms4 cam in my car this past weekend and am pulling the code 0106. "manifold absolute pressure/barometric pressure circuit range/performance problem". What exactly does this mean? I did a search but only found out that this seems to be common when installing a large sized cam. How do I resolve this issue? How serious is this problem? Any advice/input is appreciated...
By the way, I am scheduled to have the car professionally tuned on Friday. Will tuning resolve this issue?

You will be fine after that tune just make sure that the tuner knows to remove that code, also have him look at the mass airflow sensor and tuning. dune to the higher idle and more air coming in, the motor thinks something is wrong, after a tune this code went away on my car, enjoy this cam, its insane
