Default Vacuum issue???

So we have run into a few problems with my buddies '00 Firehawk, and I'm leaning towards low idle vacuum due to the big cam. I'll just list the problems, cuz that seems easier to do.
1.Brakes are not working very well (not enough vacuum?)
2.ABS INOP light on
3.Service Engine light on (not SES light)
4.Brake Light on
5.TCS Off Light is on
6.Throwing the MAP sensor code. (Can't remember number off the top of my head)

Anyways, the car has a 408 w/265/270 solid roller. I know the car doesn't have great vacuum at idle, but there has to be something we can do to get the lights to go off. They have been on ever since the motor swap, and the car has been driven ~200mi. The brakes have been bled multiple times, so there is no air in the lines, but it does have a line lock system on it. Any ideas on these problems???

The line lock has not been wired. Will that cause a problem?? The brake lines are plumbed to it, but the power and ground are not hooked up.

It sounds like your going to have to get a electric vacuum pump to get those brakes back.

Low vacuum wont cause the ABS, TCS, or Brake light to come on. You have at least 2 dif issues.
1; low vacuum. A vacuum pump will take car of that.
2; electrical problems, causing the lights you have. Need to scan it for ABS data and codes.
