Try a cranking comp check and see what it tells you . or if you already did what were the results?

is it a possibility that the reluctor wheel on the crank spun? could the cam sensor cause this?

yep it was the oxygen sensors somehow they caused the plugs to file out put new 02 sensors tomorrow morning i will chage my plugs and should be fine
