Default Which tuner..

I have an old version of LS1-Edit and i'm looking to get updated.
I've seen HpTuner and it looks great. But i haven't seen EFIlive in person.
Which tuner offers the most tuning options for heads/cam and blower setup on a A4 '02 SS? Thanks.

Vendor post (lots of vendors trying to sell you their product).
Why do you want to update? You can sell your copy, but it won't bring much.
Don't expect much from LS1Edit, they pretty much suck for support, if they are anything like LT1Edit.

You can download the EFILive software here and play around with it. It will give you a feel for how the software is laid out and how well the scanner works.

http://www.efilive.com/download.aspx

It's the full version, it just runs in demo mode that doesn't let you save till you register it.

Thats why i'm asking about other tuners instead of ls1-edit.
It was fine, but the new stuff has way more options.
Oh, i did d/l the demo and MAN thats got way more options than i'll
ever need. But thats a good thing. I played with the demo for 3 hours and
couldn't believe all you can do. Just the idle part has tons of
tuning options. Plus it's boost section looks nice was well.
Thanks all for getting back to me.

I have used every GM tuning software that is out there and I would say EFI live is the way to go, easy to maneuver, good notes on parameters, plus tons of neat little features.

This would really be your best place to start https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/368718-read-me-best-ls1-tuning-software-best-scanner-best-handheld.html

For your 02 A4 application we have a 3 bar Custom operating system that also gives you real time tuning that comes free with the custom OS.

Even if you want to stick with the maf in your application we have a 1 bar MAF custom OS that allows you to tune your maf, pe, spark tables, etc. all in real time all utilizing the stock pcm.
