What codes are they specifically?
Have you tried putting the stock tune back in the car to see if the codes still appear?

First off check your arithmetic on the injectors, the
rating pressure vs the LS1 rail pressure and so on.

Then squeeze all the oil out of that sock and clean
the MAF real good.

cool im doin a real good summerizin in like two weeks, you know all the fluids, etc... ya i clean all the intake tubes every year and the air box and oil sock. im considering a aftermarket maff. T.B. and maybe a f.a.s.t. intake. If i change the tuning to stock the ses light doesnt go on. Its only when i put the pedal to the fan!!

don`t ignore lean codes.
get a WBO2 and see what your AFR is.
you may need the tune adjusted or
you may need to clean your MAF, replace O2`s....ect.

CRC makes a cleaner just for your MAF. I got a can of the contact cleaner they sell at Home Depot. Sprayed the MAF, codes went away. I made sure to wring out that sock real good next time I cleaned it
