car wont idle
car wont idle So fir some reson i cant get my car to idle, i didnt change the tune so that wouldnt be it. I can get it to idle sometimes when the car is warm but not all the time and never when the ac is on. It will not idle cold at all. Im getting a p1637 code but my voltage is fine. i logged some data and my iac is working was getting some mid 120's steps. Any idea what this could be?
no new mods since last time it idled fine. No change in tune, i have full exhaust and a small 224 cam. nothing major. I dont know what could have gone wrong since one day it idled fine but alittle high and now it wont hold idle at all.i can only figure that maybe the IAC is bad even though its reading steps in efilive

You say your voltage is fine. Where did you test it? I am pretty sure p1637 refers to circuit continuity, not voltage. Also, what year is your car? The later PCM's used this error code differently. Check all ground wires on the block and chassis. Also, check the integrity of the PCM's ground.

yeah its weird, its a roadrunner pcm 99on02os, i ran a wire straight from the PCM to the alternator. Ive seen anywhere from 120-310 on IAC at idle. After i got done wiring it straight to the pcm the voltage is around 10-11 from having the door open so now it wont even turn over.
