First off I want to say this is NOT an internal transmission issue!!!!! I know my trans is working properly, but this did not start happening untill after my trans was rebuilt. It has a transgo lvl 3 shift kit and a 3600 stall converter.
So the issue is, every time the car hits the next gear at medium throttle, something is making the engine bog down immediately AFTER it shifts. Sometimes it goes away in less than a second (although still makes the car jerk), other times it continues to do it untill i let off the throttle and get back in it. It almost seems like traction control is kicking on, except for the fact that it doesnt kick my foot off of the pedal. This always happens on the 1-2 shift unless i ease it off the line shifting around 10mph into second and roll on from there. It will sometimes do it on the 2-3 if i'm pushing the car pretty hard.
I have had torque management deleted, and it did not fix this issue. I have not taken the car to a shop to have a full tune done, just a friend with hp tuners delete some emissions codes.

Sounds like you need a 6 speed. then at that point it is driver error.
I have no idea man. Get it tuned....not a speedtek. My manual valve-body did that same thing. But I think that it might have been tuning.
