Default EGR and AIR Problems Can anyone help?

Just finished my longtube headers on my 1997 Formula Firebird, installation was the hardest task i think i've ever done in my life.

There are several things that are currently unplugged because i have no where to plug them into-

EGR is disconnected and theres a hole in the back of the block (no airflow coming out of it though)

No O2 sensors are connected

Air conditioning pipe is open and it used to go into the passenger side manifold, but the tube wont connect to the header

Did anyone else have these problems installing longtubes? My car feels like it has less power than it did before i started this project. Do I just need a tune, or do these tubes need to be plugged up? Any advise would really help me out. Thanks.
