superchips really work?

superchips really work? i have a 99 ws6 a4 with these mods
ls6 intake
ls6 heads minor work done
bbk 80mm throttle body
shift kit
slp lid
k&n
slp over ride fan switch
slp ram air scoop (slp block off)
3.73s
basani exhaust
true dual with xpipe
hooker super comp long tubes
No cats
plus more i dnt know of previous owner lost the list (dammit)
lots of suspention done
i hit a 12.9 at 109 and i know its got more power then that but i cant hold it at wot cuz it dnt shift into 3rd...and i put to much octane boost in..i put a whole bottle in a half a tank oops...is that wut it should be running or something wrong and would a superchips help cuz i need to re calibrate my speedo anyways...any info will help...just got into 4thgen and learning about them thanks for looking

I doubt that octane boost hurt..or did anything. That superchips would help you change your shift points so it will go into 3rd(let me guess, it smacks rev limit and wont shift?).
Best thing to do would be to get a real tune though.

octane boost? like the stuff you add to a gas tank that says' increases by 9 points?
octane booster is a waste of money.... it will raise 93.0 to 93.9 octane..
and running higher octaned than needed will hurt performance

and ya i heard that about octane boost..never use it again
Considering the mods you have, you may want to consider something like the Predator, as it has quite a bit of end user adjustability which will allow the tool to grow with you and you can dial in your tune how you like.
Plus it supports custom tuning from our CMR dealers.
