Tuning for Nitrous
I have a predator programmer and am fixing to be spraying a 100 shot, I need to know what I should modify with the programmer and how to go about doing it. Or try and sell it and get it dynotuned, don't really want to sell it, so can I make it work.

You have to be more specific. First off, if the Predator has put in it's "performance" tune, you'll need to take it out. It advances the timing and you don't want that. (wet or dry shot). You may want to pull out (retard) the timing by a couple degrees.
If you're planning on a wet shot, you'll only need to pay attention to your fuel pressure. If a dry shot, you'll need injectors and you'll have to tune (scale) for the larger injectors.

its a wet kit and the predator programmer performance tune has been installed, so i remove that or just modify the timing tables, and can i remove the performance tune and just use the programmer to remove the egr codes and rear o2 codes because i don't want the check engine light on?

ya, you can just bring the timing tables back IF you know what they were. As for the codes, did you remove the ox sensors?... and why?
As for the removal of the error messages, you'll have to hit up someone that is familiar with the predator. I don't know them that well.
As for the 100 wet shot.. you'll probably need a boost a pump. Start with a 50 shot and watch your fuel pressure. If it looks good without a bap, then step to a 75 shot. You'll find most of the F body guys had to use a bap with 100 (or more) shot.

yep. But like I said, start with a small shot and get a fuel pressure gauge. See how it is before you buy one. If you do a search in the nitrous section, you'll find other F body (same year) that have gone through it.
