Default lowering question

I have a 02 firehawk. "idk if they came stock lowered". Anyways, Besides lowering coils, must i change anything else out?? I looked under my ride briefly and it appears i have upgrades shocks. I dont know if they came with the "slp" option or not tho. Anyways. I only wanta lower the rear about an inch and the front .75 to an inch. Any ideas would be great?

thanks guys

car was repainted from top to bottom...sticker was removed during this process.. i called asking for a build sheet, and still haven't recieved it. My cars pretty low. But theres still alot of room in the wheel well. Like i said i really only want it a tad lower.

theres some basic pics of how it is now.

It looks like you could make it lower..... I would recommend some Konis, your choice of spring, and some LCA Relocating brackets.

Well i wanta lower it. But im not sure what kit will work. It appears my cars already lower then most other cars. If it does have the slp option on it then its about an inch lower then stock. I know most lowering springs say it'll lower it an inch from "stock". So i don wanta waste my money on something i already have lol.

Your car looks to be stock height to me, got any bigger pictures? Also I think that you can check if you have the option in your RPO codes on your door (don't know the code, you'll have to search).
The only thing required is springs to lower the car. But you'll need a front alignment obviously, and your rear will be off center so you need an adjustable panhard bar to recenter it. And while you can lower on your stock shocks (bilstiens or not) you may not like the way it rides or handles after wards because they were not designed for a lower spring with higher rates.

I have Gound Control adjustable Coil-overs with Strano springs on all 4 corners with SLP Bilsteins for the spring rates. With this set-up you can adjust your ride height to whatever you like at each corner for appearance or to get the most out of your suspension by "corner weighting!" (balancing weight on each tire)

Are you the original owner and if so are your shocks Orange or Yellow ?

If their Orange then you are at stock height
If their Yellow then you have the Billstien Option with Progressive springs and you have approx a 1" drop.
