I am trying to put night riders lights on my 02 WS6. Does anyone have a video on how to remove the damn grill from the nostrils from the inside of the hood, this looks to difficult for me, just need a video to help me, also how to attach the lights
Thanks
on my '02 firebird, the grills are held in by 2 screws plainly visible from the front of the car. they are in opposite corners. 2 screws per grill - seen in pic below in red. is that what you are after???
(car below is not mine)
This is what I am trying to put behind those grills/nostril, but not sure if I have to go from under the hood, or I can just install from just removing the grills from the front? FYI I do see the screws you are talking about, but thought I would have to go from under the hood to install these night riders lights, thanks man for reply!
If you take the grills out, youll see this better than I can explain. There isnt really a "bottom" to install from. Its from the front through where the grills are or the back through where the baffling is.

Do you know of a video, on how to remove the baffle, just wondering, sry for all these crazy questions but being a chick in this car world can be hard😊 thanks again.
The baffle in the nostrils is just some plastic. I just grabbed my dremel and went to town on it. The other option is to drill the rivets that hold them in place. No videos or anythijg, just kind of went out there, looked at what it was and then did it. The way I did it was kind of permanent though because I KOed those plastic baffles big time. Lol.

Lol, I guess I'm going to have to go to town and F **** up before I get stuff done right, I will just see what mess I get into, thanks much for you comment.
I bought a ****load of bolt on parts. Finally got some issues worked out and got her running and stopping. Its time to start upgrading so I decided on a cai, lt headers, plugs/wires, bunch of new sensors, tb and valve covers. Gotta love tax time........-

Good luck. You can see everything youd need to do, so you can always just look before you do anything permanent. You may find that you only want to put the lights in behind the grills and not take out the baffles.
Pulled out my subs, box, amp and all associated wiring and re-installed the rear seats and interior panels, car is almost ready to post up for sale. Oh and drove it for the first time in over a week.

Just swooped up a smoke colored LED 3rd brake light off of eBay. Probably paid to much but frick it, been patiently waiting for one for two years now. I always seem to miss the ones listed on here. Sorry if it was you that I just skipped the bidding process on and hit buy it now.
Have on order a new Strange s60 with 4:10's and a new drive shaft from Central Racing. Should see it in a few weeks and hopefully winter exit followes soon there after
