Between Sunday and Yesterday:

1. Attempted to replace OPSU without removing Intake - Snapped new ACDelco unit in half at the plastic/metal

2. Replaced rear main, and rear housing seals with the help of 4" PVC cap for alignment duty.

3. Installed new pilot bearing (required a LOT of coaxing)

4. Installed New Tick Master Cylinder (Cursed like a sailor with this one)

5. Installed New slave cylinder and speed-bleeder on transmission

6. Installed LW Flywheel and Monster LT1-S twin disc clutch assembly

7. Re-installed bellhousing with four 1.5" vents that were cut into it.

8. Got transmission back up with x-member

Over the next week, hope to finish buttoning up torque arm/driveshaft/exhaust and then pull intake for the "correct" way to replace the OPSU.

going to put the new alternator on so I can be up and running again, got a 145-amp one, I heard they are better than the 102-amp alternators that come factory.....

Make sure you got a bigger belt too. The stock one won't fit with the bigger alternator.

Got the interior washed - conditioned the leather, washed the outside.
AC compressor took a dump, had to by-pass the AC for now until I can afford a new one. thank goodness I live in MI where AC is really not needed. also, had an extra set of valve covers that i cleaned and painted. will throw on the car later in the year when I get the time.
Excuse my messy garage

If your going for the 30th Anniversary look. You should get the center caps for your wheels. I've seen them on eBay. Name: 966002B5-8DFD-405F-B3E9-8E98F5D2D05D.jpg
