PayPal refunded my deposit as i couldn't ever even get his name, pics or a firm date and location to pick it up. the car is supposed to be repaired but the rebuild title may take up to 3 weeks, so he said. once he gets the title, i would imagine he will ebay it.
he wanted $14500 for it repaired, which i think is high considering the rebuilt title definately hurts the value. he claims to have $13500 in it total.
everything with him seems fishy. i would only consider buying it for less money, cash in person upon delivery and that's if it's even a legit car.
