Default airbag light on (for no reason?)

So, awhile back I decided to change out my old scuffed to hell cluster and put some LEDs in it at the same time. The old cluster tachometer didn't even work anymore, and my buddy with an HPtuner kit said it had to be the cluster that was broken, so out it goes.

I install a new cluster off of ebay, and everything works on it except that the airbag light is on. I've never fooled with the airbag wires, and I've never gotten the light before. (blinks a few times when you turn the key and then it stays off.)

So here's my question. Has anyone ever heard of a fault in the cluster that causes the airbag light to turn on? Cause I don't want to go to a dealer or something and have then tell me I need some $500 repair when it's just the gauges.
