Default Heating question

I recently flushed my entire cooling system, the thermostat opens correctly, the radiator is new, I bled the system on an incline, my blender door opens properly, my oil isn't a milkshake, and my coolant doesn't disappear. So, my heat runs luke warm because my heater core is bad, right?
