How about playing with other RPO codes:
01 Y82 ('01 Trans AM)
Y82 WS6 (Trans AM WS6)
MM6 Y82 (Six speed Trans AM)
MM6 WS6... I think you get it.
Y82 CC1 (Trans AM w/ T-Tops, IF you have them)
41U Y82 (Black Trans AM)

Bet those arnt taken!! Only the diehard T/A owners would get it if they see it. Mine is "99 Y82". You get alot of confused looks, but its cool when someone gets it.

Good ideas here. I roll my eyes when I see an obvious/ lame plate. It just makes me think that someone is actually paying extra $$ to put that on their car, and yes, there are many of them here in LA. but when you can have something that not everyone gets, is unique, and is accurate to the car without saying something blatantly obvious, that's respectable, imo.
