Default Removing Firebird emblem where license plate goes

I recently bought a Trans Am in Pensylvania where the cars don't need a front license plate, so it has this Firebird emblem where the plate would go. I live in New York so I need a front plate, and I can't figure out how to get it off. I'm wondering if anyone with a Trans Am/Firebird knows how to take it off. I'm thinking that i'm going to have to take whole plastic covering thats under the car in order to get to it, but I was just wondering if anyone knows for certain how to do it.

It has 2 screws on the bottom part of the cover. You can't seen them till you get eye level with bottom of cover.Take them off and top part slips out.

Think there should be 2 torq screws at the bottom of the cover. Just take those out.

Two T-15 Torx to be exact. Be careful not to chip or crack your paint, it's really easy to do.

If your TA is white then I'd be interested in buying your front license plate cover!

I have the white plate cover that I took off when I bought my V6. Email me an offer at Thomas_Murrin@countrywide.com if you're interested.
