462/edlebrock torker 2 intake/holley 830 annular double pumper/edelbrock heads/hooker super comp headers/3 inch exhaust with x crossover/th400 with ATI tree master 3000 stall/342 gears and a comp cams 288xr on a 112.

I had the same exact problem many years ago, it was the ignition control module in the distributor, it would get hot and i'd have to wait to restart it.
